Refund Policy

At Marquina Painters & Renovators, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be times when a refund is necessary. To ensure a fair and efficient refund process, we have established the following strict refund policy:

  1. Refunds will only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date. Provided that the service was not yet provided.
  2. To request a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of why the refund is being requested.
  3. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days of approval.
  4. Refunds will only be issued in the original form of payment.
  5. Any items or services that have been damaged, altered, or used may not be eligible for a refund.
  6. Products and services purchased during a sale or promotion are final and may not be refunded.
  7. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  8. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if we suspect abuse of our refund policy.
  9. The cost of any purchased materials, quotation and/or other services provided to the customer will be deducted from the refund
  10. Booking Fees are not refundable.
