- Refunds will only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date. Provided that the service was not yet provided.
- To request a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of why the refund is being requested.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days of approval.
- Refunds will only be issued in the original form of payment.
- Any items or services that have been damaged, altered, or used may not be eligible for a refund.
- Products and services purchased during a sale or promotion are final and may not be refunded.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- The cost of any purchased materials, quotation and/or other services provided to the customer will be deducted from the refund
- Booking Fees are not refundable.
